What I want:
Time? And a vacation. I am super spent after the workshop build out and several other ongoing projects.
What I got:

My new shop has a “Genie” garage door opener. It is pretty sweet, all silent and soft and smooth… It is a sexy garage door opener. It also is ‘smart’ so it connects to wifi and has an app. As part of my smart shop routine, I bought the “Omnifob” to go with my existing key management device, the Keyport. Now, when I approach the shop or leave the shop I can program the device to open or close the door, or just use the fob as a pocket garage door opener. There are other benefits to this little hub as well, but I need to play with it a while to figure out how far I want to go with it.
A whole shop:
This has been a several month project, but we finally passed all the inspections, and I am starting to move in.
